Yesterday reminisces my personal childhood experiences and stirs up the nostalgic feelings of growing up. It also explores how pre-adult innocence never hindered joy and indulges one to muse about how unrealistic childhood projections are ever so easily shattered by the realities of life. Enjoy!

It wasn't long ago that when we ran, our whole face bounced along with the rest of our bodies.

It wasn't long ago we used to chase tires, pretending to drive our parent's vehicles.

It wasn't long ago, we used to smile genuinely and express our emotions sincerely.

Now, we just search through our bags of masks, put our fake faces on and flip the switch of emotion like everything's fine.

It wasn't long ago we were excited to see Christmas approach.

We never really cared about having too much money, though we always dreamed of living in mansions when we got bigger.

It seems like it was only yesterday, we were small.
