The sound of humming birds, is noise in my ears,

When I only wake up, to nothing but tears.

Even when we're on a mountain, with breathtaking views,

I can only see the beauty - exploding within you.

You know you're the firework in the my starry night sky,

You radiate in ways - even the hottest stars, can never shine.

They say the hottest stars burn blue

But clearly, they haven't met you.

My heartbeat is all I hear, when I'm around you.

Thump-thump.

See? It beats for only you.
